With a background in medical laboratory sciences and a Master of Arts in counseling, I am uniquely equipped to merge my scientific expertise with my passion for assisting individuals facing mental health challenges. Having personally navigated the complexities of living with and managing my own depression, I understand the profound impact it can have on one's life. This firsthand experience has fueled my commitment to helping others on their journey toward mental well-being.
